About me
I am Besjan, a UX Researcher and Designer with 6+ years working across enterprise digital products, government platforms, and airline and service design.
I run research that changes what gets built. User interviews, usability testing, behavioral analysis, FullStory, GA4, journey mapping. I do not hand findings off to a designer — I am the designer. That means what I find in research feeds directly into wireframes and product decisions.
I have worked with VML Dubai, QSAS Riyadh, the City of Tallinn, and Riga Airport. Complex problems, real users, measurable outcomes.
Outside of work I am curious about how systems work — how people, structures, and digital layers connect and influence each other. That curiosity is what makes me good at research.
